Through stakeholder engagement, the Resources Industry Training Council (RITC) had sought to establish an understanding of the Aboriginal Ranger Program by:

• Understanding the history of the program and funding pathways
• Understanding partnerships and/or relationships between the program and the resources sector
• Understanding the advancement of career in the ranger program; and
• Employment pathways, skills, and training
